Submission of Claims

The complaint must include clear, complete, and documented evidence supporting the claim that the material has been previously published, copyrighted, patented, or legally owned by the aggrieved party prior to the publication of the concerned article in IJAICN.

The evidence may include, but is not limited to:

·       Original publication details

·       Copyright registration documents

·       Patent documentation (if applicable)

·       Official URLs, DOI links, or records proving prior publication

·       Screenshots, archived copies, or repository records

·       Any other relevant supporting materials establishing ownership or prior publication

Incomplete or unsupported claims may not be considered for formal investigation.

Review and Investigation

Upon receipt of a copyright infringement claim, the Editorial Board of IJAICN will carefully review and evaluate the submitted evidence.

If the complaint is considered valid for further investigation:

·       The corresponding author of the concerned article will be formally notified.

·       The author(s) will be requested to provide a detailed explanation or clarification regarding the claim.

·       Additional supporting documents or publication records may be requested from both parties.

The evaluation and discussion process will be conducted transparently and fairly, ensuring proper consideration of the perspectives of both the claimant and the author(s).

Editorial Decision

The Editorial Board of IJAICN reserves the full authority to determine the validity of any copyright infringement claim after detailed examination of all available evidence and responses.

Based on the findings:

·       If the claim is confirmed and justified, the concerned manuscript may be removed from the journal website, archives, indexing records, repositories, and online servers.

·       If the issue involves minor corrections such as missing citations, acknowledgements, references, or attribution errors, the author(s) may be requested to submit a revised and corrected version of the manuscript.

·       The revised manuscript may undergo additional editorial review or peer review in accordance with the journal’s standard publication procedures.

·       In serious cases involving plagiarism, copyright misuse, or ethical misconduct, the journal may issue a formal retraction notice and impose restrictions on future submissions by the author(s).

All editorial decisions made by the journal shall be final.

Response Time

IJAICN treats all copyright-related concerns with the highest priority and seriousness.

A formal acknowledgement or preliminary response will normally be issued within three (3) working days, provided that the complaint contains sufficient supporting evidence and necessary documentation.

The duration of the complete investigation may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the responsiveness of the involved parties.
