In the modern digital environment, ensuring secure data transmission between data owners and authorized users is essential for protecting sensitive information. This paper proposes a secure data-sharing framework that integrates One-Time Password (OTP) generation with an RSA-based key exchange mechanism. Whenever a data owner initiates a data-sharing process, a unique and dynamically generated OTP is created to serve as an access credential. The OTP is encrypted using the RSA algorithm before being transmitted, ensuring that only the intended and authorized user can decrypt and use it to access the shared data. The asymmetric encryption mechanism also helps establish a secure communication channel between the data owner and the recipient, reducing the risk of unauthorized access, interception, and misuse during transmission. By combining dynamically generated OTPs with the security capabilities of RSA encryption, the proposed framework strengthens authentication, confidentiality, and data integrity. This approach provides an effective solution for secure information sharing in digital environments where reliable access control and protection against security threats are essential.
